What a lovely house! So comfortable and accomodating. We loved the large communal spaces which made it so easy for everyone to get together. Bedrooms were all very comfortable too. But our favourite was the private, meandering path to the beach. Such an idyllic spot! Thanks Lou, we were very pleased to have been your first “official” guests! Lots of luck for this new venture!

We have had such a lovely long weekend at the Priory Coach House. We have come away as an extended family of grandparents, aunties and uncles and five cousins who have absolutely loved playing together in the “big house”! The secret path to the beach was so lovely for morning walks and swimming in the sea and the table tennis table went down a treat. Thank you for having us and good luck with your new venture and beautiful guest house.

We have had a wonderful bank holiday weekend at the Priory Coach House, 4 families including 8 kids. We loved the beach, table tennis and disco room! Beds were extremely comfy, a great nights sleep for all. A beautiful house and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Dear Lou, we can only thank you for being so accommodating at the last minute to rescue my husband’s 60th birthday celebration after I made a mistake with the dates at another booking – but oh what a find! The Priory Coach House is amazing in every way from the firepit and beach path outside to the lovely kitchen and lounge where table tennis matches got very competitive! We have been a party of 9 that grew to 11 and then 14 over the weekend all because we found this larger place. Most importantly we have made memories for my husband’s 60th and he loved it!! Thank you for your hospitality – we will definitely be back.

We have all had an amazing weekend in this amazing house with lots of fun and adventure spending our time with our family and most importantly celebrating our cousins 60th birthday. The perfect party house! We’ve just had an amazing time. Everything was very luxurious. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! Loved the table tennis, the lounge, the kitchen, the bedrooms, the location!! Basically we loved everything! Thank you so much, hope to return one day.

Thank you so much for having us in your home! We loved the kitchen and the living room for games and ping pong (and the amazing range of sunglasses that made the kitchen disco way more fun). The bedrooms were amazing and we really loved how close we were to the sea – we even swam in it! This is a really cool place and we are sad to leave.

Thank you for having us! You have been very accommodating! It’s been a full house with 8 adults and 10 kids. We have all loved the kitchen, a great place to be and the main hub, cooking, eating, chatting, the kids have totally loved the space, running around and playing hide and seek. Even just going out to see the ducks and sheep. The bedrooms are great sizes and the beds are so comfy!! The kids loved the ping pong table and walking the beach to pick up rocks to decorate. We also celebrated a 3rd birthday too and was a great way to spend with family. Loved how each room is individually decorated too! Would love to book this place again in the future!

Lou, thank you for an amazing weekend for a 70th birthday. 16 of us, 8 adults, 8 children 9 years and under!! We all had a great time, kids loved the house, games, table tennis. Lots of competitions. Weather was awful but house and surroundings made up for that. Thank you.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The Priory Coach House has been an amazing venue for the family. Lovely location and so much privacy. The rooms were styled with great thought! The beds were really comfortable! I have had a lovely time celebrating my 30th, the space was perfect with enough room for all eighteen of us! The firepit is a lovely addition. We have had a great time in your lovely house. In spite of the freezing cold weather we managed to enjoy loca walks around the beach. I have thoroughly enjoyed being here to celebrate my 90th birthday with all my family (13 of us from far and near). Comfy beds and linen, great Christmas decorations, very well equipped. Many thanks.

We have had the MOST wonderful time celebrating Christmas at the Coach House! First time in many years that our family has all been together and we’ve managed to get three generations here to celebrate – from Australia and South Africa. We’ve enjoyed many trips to the beach – including a very chilly dip on Christmas Day for those brave enough to do so and also joined in with the annual Christmas Walk on West Wittering Beach complete with Santa Hats. An incredibly special week for us all the the most wonderful location in which to spend it – thank you!

What a perfect find! Thanks Lou for making sure everything was perfect. We had an amazing weekend for 11 friends in our 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. Your interior decor for each room is brilliant. Every room feels luxurious and having ensuites for each room is a real bonus. We will be recommending the house to all our friends and on social media. The walk to the beach was lovely (albeit muddy).. but the tide was out which was disappointing as I was braced for a winter swim.

I was not looking forward to my 80th birthday but we have had the most wonderful weekend here. The house and surroundings are just gorgeous – I especially loved the fact that all the daffodils are out! Grandad loved the bird reserve, children loved the table tennis and we all loved the wonderfully comfy beds and the luxury. Many thanks Lou. We will spread the word.

Thank you so much for providing us with an absolutely outstanding venue for our Golden Wedding Anniversary bash! So great to have all 14 of us aged 3 – 77 under one roof, where every necessity and more has been thought through! Your perfectly equipped house has been inspirational, set amid a perfect rural landscape. We have all enjoyed our stay to the extent that none of us wanted to leave!!

The house is brilliant! Full of entertainment, fun and many more things. It is a lovely location only a 5 minute walk to the beach! The house is kid-friendly with many pretty bedrooms. I really enjoyed my stay here and I hope we come again.

A lovely house, it was furnished perfectly and we had everything we needed. We spent hours at the ping pong table and the firepit was great – a few of us roasted marshmallows for the first time. It was a lot of fun – thanks so much.
